Breakfast 1: (7:00am) Bah! Why do my kids keeping waking at 6:30am! First breakfast was my bulletproof coffee. Duh.
Breakfast 2: (11:00am) handful of cashews and a hard-boiled egg. I ended up giving my Larabar to Eleanor to coax this photo out of her.
Ruthie had a doctor’s appointment today so we took advantage of the great weather and location and hit up a different park. After a one and a half mile walk we stopped by the lake to eat our snack and enjoy the views.
Lunch: (2:30pm) quick leftovers. Half a turkey burger topped with tomato and avocado, sweet potatoes, and carrot sticks.
Dinner: (7:00pm) burger topped with a fried egg, avocado, tomato and bacon. A paleo dream.
Snack: (10:00pm) I know, I know, too late. But I was hungry and it was a busy night. Apple with a drizzle of almond, coconut and hazlenut butter and topped with coconut (and two more spoonfuls almond butter straight to the mouth).
Another day, another birthday party. This shining start turned two!
All in all, a delightful but busy day!
